Our Vestry Retreat with Will, first and foremost, was FUN!  And, given the rather painful time we have been going through lately, he truly was the "breath of fresh air" we needed.  He has a wonderful way of being firm without seeming to be aggressive, and was able to "tell it like it is" in a way that did not make people uncomfortable. We learned very valuable leadership skills that we could implement immediately as soon as we got back to the church. I think we all came away from the Retreat feeling it had been well worth our time and thoroughly enjoyable.
